Alexia Baltazar

Alexia is the Director of Operations at Aspasia Wealth Management. She moved from her hometown of Sacramento, California to attend California State University Los Angeles where she earned a degree in Sociology and has honed her skills in client services, visual marketing, and operations over the past decade. In her current role, Alexia oversees the day-to-day operations, provides support that strives to ensure smooth transactions, and addresses client inquiries with her exemplary problem-solving abilities.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Alexia is committed to community service. As an active member of the Junior League of Portland, she contributes to advancing women’s leadership and community impact through volunteerism and collaboration. Additionally, Alexia volunteers her time to help organize the Rotary Club of Portland’s annual Enterprise Academy, guiding high school students in navigating business challenges and fostering resilience.

Growing up immersed in fine arts, including ballet, classical voice, and Filipino cultural performing arts, Alexia developed a deep appreciation for diversity and teamwork that continues to shape her work ethic and values today. Outside of work, Alexia and her husband Johnell are dedicated parents to their young daughter Makaia. On weekends, you’ll often find them spending time with friends and family, whether it’s playing at the park, catching a movie at the drive-ins, or having dance parties with their pets Shadow, Trooper, and Bolt at their home in Oregon.
